Role Overview
$ ^3 b8 Q4 R& _$ H* ?PA currently seeks an individual to interpret, administer and carry out PA’s Human Resources policies and procedures. This person will also be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities: # B5 Z) j1 ~- B' @1 |! P- \
0 E" E) I+ T% E4 h% w& w% H6 N
· Advising employees on company policy, responding to employee requests for information
8 U" g3 `. m& @3 A6 r9 z- M· Processing all hires, terminations, status changes by creating correspondence, entering data in PeopleSoft database, emailing details to other departments, maintaining employee files ( J3 g8 \, {, G
· Running queries from database upon request / m. ]+ ?% {8 \6 W& P, p% ~4 n
· Conduct employment verifications (respond to inquiries, create letters upon request)
& n0 a; c9 E0 h6 D( f$ X· Work with immigration firm to track all visa holders and assist with visa and green card applications and requests from employees   k# W: ?$ ?4 }  y% k
· Assist with development of HR processes and procedures & V9 u" z+ x: k* Q' z* g
· Assist with HR management of international government services practice. . D) p, q* N# _5 E# p
+ O. }7 C, u( k* r$ W

* F7 G" }; z3 c0 n# K: I7 z9 ?6 bRequirements + T2 n$ @4 z6 ^  ~# ]6 ?5 ]
· Bachelor’s degree, plus three years of HR experience in hiring, terminations, leave of absence, and HR policy ) @) E$ j3 v& Z2 J/ D+ \9 y8 H
· Proficient in PeopleSoft, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
8 n8 f; d+ Q% H6 c% X: ?· Experience in government contracting and immigration issues is a plus % a' L9 K; Z+ c2 H
· Efficient time management within a fast-paced environment % F  Y) F0 n/ x0 l4 V! B+ \7 I
· Ability to multitask numerous project objectives, deadlines and office functions
# E0 f6 ^& g. n. D+ S/ X3 L5 Z6 K* h· Self-motivated, detail oriented and well organized 8 C; S, D( Q% d3 p
· Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills / I% F" }7 \& o8 t( Q# f
