Recruiters have many tools at their disposal: the Gopher Recruiting System, the Internet, telephones, fax machines, resumes, reference materials, client and applicant files, etc.  But all of them pale to the most powerful tool of all: WORDS!  Knowing them and when and how to use them will be covered in the remainder of this Chapter.  They will make the difference between failure and unbelievable success!
