Job description:
Administers human resources policies associated with payroll
Take charge of recruitment such as collect resumes, select resumes and arrange the interview.
Ensures all employee programs are in compliance with labor law
Maintains staff information records and personnel documents, including job descriptions, employee handbooks and employment letters
Fosters effective communication between employees and management
Participates in salary and benefits surveys.
Participates in interviews with candidates Interacts with external consultants and government agencies .
Profile:
Bachelor's Degree.
Must have minimum 1 years experience working in HR department Familiar with fashion industry Fluent in English Organization
