Our background
Paul & Leon Consulting Co. is an executive search firm, covering Computer, Telecom, Automotive, Consumer and banking industry.
Primary responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial support to assigned manager(s)
- Manage calendar for the manager(s), coordinate and update daily appointments
- Coordinate with travel department to arrange travel details
- Produce and proofread correspondence and documents
- Maintain easily accessible electronic and paper files
- Handle calls promptly and take accurate messages; handle mails and faxes
- Support project teams, including document production and filing, conference call and event coordination, travel and other logistics management
- Provide other ad-hoc support as needed
Expected credentials:
- University graduate, with English language or business administration majors
- At least 3 years work experience as an executive assistant or project assistant in a multinational company
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Strong computer/software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
