Responsibilities:
-Be responsible for the whole recruitment process
-Act on HR recruitment issues including headcount budgeting, sourcing, interviewing etc.
-Track the interview process and working together with the line manager to make the recruitment decision.
-Manage the administrative portions of the hiring role
-Display effective teamwork by networking with other recruiters in Bayer to get information sharing
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above in relevant majors
-At least 5 years working experience in recruitment in manufacturing industry in multinational company, rich experience in evaluating candidates.
-Strong communication skill, familiar with different culture
-Fluent English in oral and written
Good working attitude and strong teamwork spirit
