Main responsibilities:
Conduct overall recruitment activities, including screen CV, interview, selection etc. and secure qualified and high-potential candidate in demanded time
Maintain company talents database
Track on headcount budget regarding vacancies
Maintain the relationship with recruitment channel
Participated in recruitment project
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of fundamental HR concepts and practices
Working knowledge of fundamental recruiting channel, including Campus, Headhunter, website, internal candidates development ext.
Working knowledge of advanced recruiting tools, including selection tools, candidate evaluation skills, recruiting testing tools
