MAIN TASK:
Recruit quality employees for Hella in Shanghai Region by conducting various stages of selections which involve liaising with the advertising agencies, screening the applications, scoring tests, conducting interviews and nominating suitable short-list candidates to the country manager in compliance with company policies & procedures;
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develops and implements cost effective recruitment plans that minimize time-to-fill and builds hiring processes for variety of levels;
- Identify and implement sourcing strategies to achieve staffing objectives;
- Establish networks and contacts to generate candidate flow through employee referrals, group research, news groups and the use of Internet resources;
- Prepare job description and advertisements according to the guidelines of global standards.
- Prepare management reports/metrics by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
- Key coordinator for all recruiting related activities.
- Review presorted resumes, screen and present; appropriate candidates to hiring managers for review;
- Gather and maintain candidate feedback to facilitate the hiring decision;
- Maintain close candidate communication and follow-up;
REQUIREMENT QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree holder in Human Resource, Psychology or relevant education background;
- Over 4 years working experience in recruiting field, especially the experience at plant;
- Fluent in both Oral and Written English, good comments of PC skill;
- Strong communications, interpersonal skills and cooperative relationships building skills;
- Open-minded with excellent communication and presentation skill;
- Familiar with Chinese labor rules and regulations;
- Independent working capability and highly responsible
