职位职责
-Be responsible for Financial Analysis & part of General ledge accounting.
-Supervise & co-ordinate with other team for operation & finance system maintenance regarding accounting setting.
-Co-ordinate Finance business with other department.
-Assist the Senior Manager in the preparation of Annual Business Plan, Long Range Operating Plan and various ad hoc projects.
-Provide financial information support and analysis to designate business department.
-Keeping connection with other departments and providing professional support from the risk& internal control management aspect.
-Providing recommendations on the design of controls into new and existing business processes & procedure.
职位要求
-Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting or Business related, CPA or MBA is a plus.
-Solid understanding of PRC GAAP and good knowledge of US GAAP,
-A minimum of five years experience in finance/accounting related field of bank & finance company with at least one years experience in financial analysis. The individual should also have experience with budgeting and forecasting.
-Strategic thinker - ability to see the big picture, problem solving and business acumen are essential.
-Excellent communication skills, strong sense of cooperation and teamwork.
-Well versed with MS Excel.
-Fluent in both spoken and written English.
