职位描述：
good English speaking skill,bachelor degree in HR or MBA or Chemistry major;age above 28years ;good figure and characteristic;
at least 5 years recruiting experience and at least 2years managerial level position focus on organic chemistry or fine chemistry industry ,pharmaceutical industry;
high ability in searching candidates by all ways and effective channel establishment;
good relationship with all kinds of recruitment agent or media ;
possess strong sight in interview system and could introduce effect examination system or methods for all level ;
very positive and diligent personality ,good teamwork spirit ;can keep efficiency under high working press.
