Key Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with line managers on job responsibility and requiremnt, with talent market knowledge;
- Monitor and evaluate various channels (web, headhunting, campus, internal refer, etc) to conduct recruitment efficiently according to the planned schedule;
- Mnoitor and research local talent market, provide information of talent market trend and advice.
Qualification:
- Reliable, intiative, good communication and teamwork;
- Passionate, fast, and hardworking;
- Good spoken and written English;
- over 2-year working experience, non-HR background is also appreciated.
