Responsibilities
1. recruitment strategy and methodology making- analysis the effective channels to select / recruit middle level leaders; Analyze and propose the effective way to recruit unit staff so as to help the city recruiters to do the unit staff recruitment; Propose effective methods to select different level staff; set up and maintain regional CV database
2. recruitment plan making- Based on regional HR manpower requirement and turnover rate from each department, make recruitment plan and budget with regional HR manager monthly, quarterly or yearly
3. Recruitment Implementation- Supervise city recruitment officer to organize unit staff recruitment when necessary ;Conduct interviews for city level positions
Requirements:
1. University degrees
2. At least 3 years of recruiting experiences in HR field in manufactories, hotels, chain-stores, or other service industries, experiences in multi-national industries is preferable.
3. Good PC skills and Fluent in English and Mandarin
4. Good communication skills and team work spirit
5. With high service sense and can work under pressure
6. Hardworking, efficient and independent
7. Available for irregular traveling.
