Objective:
- Achieve recruitment tasks and ensures the co-ordination of all recruitment related activities for all employee.
Job duties:
- Determines future personnel needs together with line management;
- Defines and implements recruitment programs to meet needs;
- Co-ordinates the placing of internal and/or external ads to find candidates;
- Interviews potential candidates and co-ordinates with line management concerning the fit with the job;
- Organises and supervises administrative tasks related to recruitment, ensuring that all relevant information for new employees is recorded;
- Be involved in Campus recruitment, present for the company;
- Maintains external contacts to ensure access to universities and other sources of people;
- Establishes and monitors hiring standards and practices;
- Co-ordinates special intern programs.
Requirment:
- Bachelor degree and/or above;
- Good command of Mandarin and English (oral & written);
- 5 years experience in HR related area, with 3 years specializing in recruitment is required; have experience in MNC company is preferred;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Mature, independent and strong sense of responsibility;
- Good cross cultural understanding;
- Be familiar with Hay JA&JE system.
