Describtion:
1.BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
2.At least 4 years HR working experience including .
3.3 yearsrecruitment working experience, prefer working in MNC Telecommunication Company or Headhunter company.
4.Has solid interviewing and organizational skills and has successful track record recruiting for salaried and hourly positions4. Projects a professional image, inspires trust and confidence in others.
5.Communicates easily and fluently with all kinds of people at different levels and possesses a positive outlook.
6.Capable of quickly establishing positive relationships with people.
7.Good command of English and Mandarin or local language.
8.Previous supervisory experience preferred.
9.Microsoft Office skills must, prefer SAP or other HRIS system experience
Objective:
1.Though the right channel to hire the right person in a very short time.
2.Develops and implements staffing strategies for the PRC.
3.Provides hands-on sourcing, recruitment and placement in operations.
4.Interview candidates and recommend the potential candidates.
5.Ensures a well-defined process is in place in order to maintain hiring of targeted staff with prompt execution.
