Recruitment Manager, Greater China
Based in Beijing
Responsiblities:
1.Recruit, screen, interview and perform background checks and refer qualified applicants to appropriate management personnel to maintain a quality work force geared to our progressive vision.
2.Responsible for the recruitment planning and periodical follow-up and control process.
3.Build up a strong candidate pool and control recruitment cost to continuously improve the smooth operation of recruitment procedure and process.
4.Design and implement recruitment procedures as well as processes, including selection techniques, assessment to identify right candidates for right position;
5.Build relationships with technical schools, HR service providers and recruitment websites.
6.Develop various recruitment channels throughout Greater China to meet the fast-paced business needs.
7.Keep up-to-date on Chinese government HR policies.
8.Prepare periodic status reports concerning headcount, turnover, recruitment status, etc. to assure the best utilization of personnel.
Qualifications:
1.At least 8 years of human resources experience with multinational company.
2. At least 8 years of human resources experience in China.
3. Experience or demonstrated ability in building relationships with employees, technical schools and HR partners.
4. Familiarity with Chinese HR government legislation. 5. Experience overseeing large talent pool spread over multiple sites and wide geographic location.
6. Proven leadership skills.
7. Strong inter-personal skills, ability to appreciate and see potential in employees from a wide variety of educational and technical disciplines.
8. Strong presentation skills.
9. Strong problem solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced and pressurized environment.
10. Good English skills.
11. At Least Bachelor education background.
