Principal Accountabilities:
1.Assist in setting up and implementing recruitment strategy and plan;
2.Handle recruiting activities for junior to middle level position independently;
3.Deeply understand position background and JD to search and screen out suitable candidates;
4.Work closely with recruitment service venders: network, headhunter, newspaper, labor agency etc;
5.Maintain the recruitment advertisement system. Ensure recruitment channel effectiveness to maximize recruiting efficiency
6.Arrange all process of interview, and work with hiring manager to provide interview and employment advices;
7.Negotiate the offer with the candidate and follow issues till on board
8.Treat the resume professionally and build up talent pools
9.Maintain and updated Recruiting Management System
10.Help to prepare and submit kinds of recruiting analysis report
11.Take part in other recruiting projects, such as campus recruiting
Experience And Training Required To Perform Job:
This position requires the following:
-University degree majoring in Engineering
-At least 2 years HR working experience in multination company
-Good English Skill and interview skill
-Self-motivated and sense of high responsibility
