职位描述：
1.Plan, co-ordinate and perform recruitment and selection activity in design & engineering function.
2.Perform as business partner in design & engineering function and support the implementation of HR strategy such as training,recruiting and staff relationship.
3.Other HR operation
Requirements
1.3+ years' working experience with strong business insight and expertise of general HR management in multinational companies
2.Independent and reliable, can work well under pressure
3.Strong language skill in Chinese and English,ability to communicate with all levels of management and clients.
4.With the working experience in Japanese company and Japanese skills is preferred.
