Responsibility
Reports to General Manager
Develop and maintain close marketing and sales relationships. Conduct customer calls
Identify and qualify sales opportunities and report.
Organize and conduct sales presentations.
Capable in achieving sales targets.
Handle and manage recruitment administration, such as external advertisements and work closely with Operations in ensuring recruitment objectives are achieved
Sourcing and screening of candidates as well as conducting interviews
Qualifications
Degree in any discipline, preferred in Human Resource Management or Business Administrative
Have 2-3 years working experience in HR environment and/or sales environment.
Bilingual in English & mandarin.
Personality
Enthusiastic, energetic, confident and sales target-oriented. Individual Sales and Customer Service oriented.
A Team Player with excellent communication and interpersonal skill
