Creating and executing recruitment strategies to support business recruitment needs Conduct 1st interview for candidates of Supervisor/Officer and above to ensure quality and quantity for line managers’ further selection interview
Develops/executes recruitment strategies and works closely with Regional HR Manager to prepare job descriptions and sourcing strategies
Develop measurement and reporting structure on the staffing function
Facilitate internal transfers, and help ensure we have the right complement of people doing the right jobs
Establishing and maintaining contacts with sources of employment such as headhunting , talent market and related internet recruiting companies
Work closely with C&B team in providing input regarding salary trends to jointly ensure that the Company’s pay level competitive and comparable in the marketplace
Performs other duties as assigned by the Regional HR Manager
Ensure the accuracy of the recruitment advertisement content and control of its placing time
Maintaining the suitable stock of the uniform
Personal Qualities &Qualifications
University degree holder
At least 6 years experiences in Human Resources, within which 3 years at managerial level. Retail background is an advantage
Have a good command of English both oral and written
Good ability in organization and leadership, good team spirit
Strong sense of responsibility, confident, awareness of service
Good skills of coordinating and communication
