Responsibilities
1.Make out yearly training planning and implementation.
2.Training files keeping,training record and budget control,training agreement management.
3.Employees' engineering title assessment, organize and follow up relevant examinations.
4.Special types of work certificates management (training audit).
5.Workers' operation skills appraisal.
6.Body check arrangement for new employees.
7.Assisting in recruitment.
Requirements:
1.College graduate or above.
2.At least 2 years relative working experience.
3.Good command of English,good operation skills in MS office.
4.Team work,willing to work under pressure.
