I experience similar frustration every time I try eating my soup with a fork.

( U! s4 b r h2 [Anyone who has taken even a cursory glance at our web site (which has not been called Electronic Recruiting Exchange for nearly a year) understands that it was not created in order to be a recruiting tool. It was created to be an informational and networking aid for recruiters to connect with one another, and it is extremely successful at doing so (we have stats on how many emails are sent over the network that prove it). {- x$ ^0 F9 b1 j
# i: C) T$ x" b) J/ uComparing the effectiveness of our network with that of LinkedIn and Spoke is not comparing apples with oranges, its comparing apples with asteroids. They are both round, but that is where the similarity ends.
